All services and materials shall be furnished in accordance with normal industry standards and industry tolerances. The possible tolerance of one of the parties for the behavior of the other constituting violation of the provisions of this quote does not constitute waiver of the rights arising from the violated provisions or of the right to require exact performance of all terms and all the conditions set forth therein.

2. Payments
