The following terms and conditions shall define and govern all the aspects of this quote and our association for this Construction Project.
1. Material on Site
[Client] shall take responsibility for the safety and security risk of the materials that [Sender Company] delivers and stores on the construction site during the tenure of this project.
The provision of needful storage space along with reasonable access to water and toilet facilities to the workers is also to be ensured by the [Client].
Any loss or damages occurring as a direct result of [Client]’s non-compliance of their responsibility shall be added to the cost due from them payable to the [Sender Company].
2. Payment
The payment for the products and/or services shall be paid as per this price quote mentioned above after the Client receives the invoice. The mode of payment shall be cash/card/bank transfer or any other mode of payments as mutually agreed by both the Parties.
3. Validity
