Amendments and Counterparts: The proposal hereby cannot be reformed, amended, or modified without the written consent of both the Parties. This proposal shall be executed in any number of counterparts, by facsimile or electronic signature or otherwise, each of which shall be authentic but all of which together shall aggregate to one and the same proposal.
