Terms and Conditions
1. Payment Terms
All payments to be done in USD through [Payment Method]. The above-mentioned pricing is based on work performed on a fixed cost basis. If the scope of the project changes after acceptance of the contractual terms and pricing, we will provide a detailed scope change to define additional work and associated costs.
If the Client is in fault during the manufacturing, we reserve the right to send notice and stop the services until the Client corrects the default within [Time Period] business days.
2. Copyrights
[Client Company] must guarantee that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork that you provide me for inclusion in the website are either owned by you or that you have permission to use them.
[Client Company] must also provide their text content, photographs, and other data unless someone else owns them and they have been duly licensed and approved for use.
We guarantee to own the HTML mark-up, CSS, and other code. We license it to you for use on only this project.
We also reserve the right to display and link to your completed project as part of our portfolio and testimonial and to write about the project on websites, in magazine articles, and books.
3. Cancellation and Termination
You have the right to reject, modify, stop, or cancel any plans or work in progress. However, you agree to remit us all costs and expenses incurred before any changes were implemented, and to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless for any liability relating to such action. We agree to use our best efforts to minimize such costs and expenses.
4. Errors
We are not liable for the errors and efforts of those made by the third party. To make things correct again, a similar timeframe will have to be re-implemented with additional costs for damage control. It is therefore advised not to undertake any projects without the prior knowledge and advice of our team.
5. Warranty of Services
